Meet our Team
Amy Barr, Licensed Creative Art Therapist (LCAT)
LCAT, Psychotherapist
I’m Amy, a therapist based in New York City. I work with children, teens, and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and existential questions — whatever brings you to therapy, I’ll meet you where you are.
My approach draws from psychodynamic theory and incorporates IFS, somatic work, and expressive arts. I believe healing happens when you feel genuinely safe and seen, and I bring warmth and curiosity to every session.
