I specialize in supporting neurodivergent individuals (ADHD/Autistic) with executive functioning and emotional regulation from a strengths-based perspective. My hospice background and training in acceptance commitment therapy inform my work with grief, loss, bereavement, and end-of-life issues. With a degree in American Ethnic Studies, I provide culturally responsive, decolonizing therapy addressing racism, systemic oppression, immigration trauma, and existential concerns. I offer LGBTQIA+/QTBIPOC affirming, poly-affirming, kink-affirming, and sex-positive therapy.

“I worked with Suzanne from November to January, and I can confidently say that she made a meaningful difference in my life. She truly lent me an ear, creating a space where I felt heard and understood. Through our sessions, she helped me see myself and my struggles from a new perspective, giving me the confidence to appreciate myself in ways I hadn’t before. After a couple of months of working together, I’m in a much better place mentally. I feel more grounded and optimistic, ready to embrace life with a renewed sense of purpose. One of the reasons I chose Suzanne was her Asian heritage, as I felt we might share similarities in upbringing. That connection made a difference—she was able to carefully analyze my challenges and guide me toward a healthier way of thinking about them.I highly recommend Suzanne to anyone struggling to adapt to life in NYC or facing personal challenges. She’s not only insightful but also incredibly warm and easy to talk to.”
